Management Training Program

The Human Resources Officers of SEPCHE held a Collaborative Management Development Program (CMDP) titled, Recognizing and Valuing Differences, on March 10, 2009, at Cabrini College. Close to 100 management-level employees from the SEPCHE institutions attended one of two identical half-day workshops, which were funded by a grant from Lumina Foundation for SEPCHE's "Serving the Underserved" project.

Dr. Barbara Collins of Positive Trends, Inc., provided the keynote address, and Anita Foeman and Nate Terrell (both of Organizational Growth, Inc.) offered participants a variety of strategies to achieve cross-cultural understanding.
