SEPCHE Inter-Institutional Articulation Agreements
Overview
Since 2003, SEPCHE institutions have developed a series of articulation agreements among its membersthat facilitate students’ progress from undergraduate to graduate education or transfer from one SEPCHE institution undergraduate program to another to pursue majors not offered at their home campus.
Articulation agreements provide SEPCHE students with the broadest and best educational experiences possible by making pooling educational resources available through the Consortium.. These agreements support regional efforts to retain talented students and prepare students for employment in businesses, hospitals, schools and other employers in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Under these agreements students graduating from one SEPCHE college or university, who have met the entrance requirements for a graduate program at another, can be admitted into that program; or undergraduate students who have who have met the requirements for admission to another SEPCHE institution, as well as for entry into a particular major, can matriculate at a SEPCHE institution and transfer credit for specified courses to meet and be applied toward degree-completion requirements there.
